The congress opening was under the slogan “Desde los orígenes de la Atención Primaria al Paradigma de la Salud” ( From the origins of Primary Health Care and Health Paradigm), it will take place from the 2oth to the 23rd of November in Salta´s Conventions Centre in Argentina.
The opening Ceremony committee was comprised of representatives such as: Dr. Mario Acuña (Vice-president of the Argentine General and Family Medicine Federation), Dr Noemí Dabalo (President of the XII Argentine General and Family Medicine Federation´s Congress), Dr. Jorge Bernstein (President of the Congress Science Committee), Dr Raúl Urquíza (Vice-president of the southern area of South America of the Latin American Confederation of General and Family Medicine CIMF), Dr. Pedro Silberman ( President of the Speciality Certification Board of the Argentine Federation), Dr. Sergio Terrasa (President of the scientific work´s Dissertation Committee), Dr Enrique Heredia Minister for Health of the province of Salta.
This congress is of major importance not only for its notable National and International Speakers but also for the every attendant, and for its transcendental contribution to strengthening of doctor-patient relationship; where it is this Doctor the one who dedicates his time to assist the pacient professionally, listen to the patient as a therapist and accompany the patient to find the answers that would give them back their wellbeing.
It is an honor that Salta has been chosen for the realization of this GREAT event o, and once again we would like to thank Salts´s Family Medicine Association and their professional teams for bidding Salta as a venue for the congress, represented by Dr. Noemí Dabalo.
