Thank you to Necochea Sport & Convention Bureau’s work team for inviting me to be part of the conference: “Jornada Rediseñemos Necochea como Sede de Eventos” (Redesigning Necochea as venue of Events) and for letting me share our experiences within the development of our Destinetion’s Marketing Plan.
It is possible to make it happen!!! In these past 11 years we came up with a successful recipe and it makes us happy to share its ingredients with you;
We consciously decided to invest our time in the development of the Destination,
We found out what the strengths and weaknesses of our destination were,
We found the compass in our Marketing Plan,
We learnt to work as a teams,
We understood that training was essential in the service chain,
We realized that interagency partnerships helped us,
Definitely the key is to combine our skills and attitudes TO STRENGTHEN THE DESTINATION!!!!!
