Yesterday we close the XXI edition of our Events Assistants freeTraining Course.
Considering that services´ quality is directly linked to the positioning of a Destination as Venue of Events, the company Sol del Norte Eventos offer basic training to customer-facing staff linked to the development of congresses, fairs and events.
We provide them with theoretical orientation and other practical exercises which, with efficiency and good manners- will allow them to assume the role of Assistants in the area they have been designated to; Protocol, Secretary, Accreditation, Transportation, Auditoriums, Accommodation, Gastronomy, Multimedia, Exhibitions, First Aid and others.
